Our best efforts have been taken to ensure the information on Puccinis.ca is correct, however, Puccinis cannot guarantee the accuracy, authenticity or comprehensiveness of the products displayed on the Site. All products are presented on an “as-is” basis.
To the maximum legal extent, Puccinis.ca (including employees, contractors, directors, shareholders, partners, affiliates and other third parties associated with Puccinis.ca) disclaims all liability and responsibility for damages and losses that may be suffered by you or a third party in regards to the Site, or products sold on Puccinis.ca. This includes, without limitation, damages or losses suffered due to negligence.

Your Personal Information
When you make purchases from our Site, you may checkout as a guest, but at the end of your purchase you will be prompted to create a personal account.
To interact with our Site (ie: review, rate or comment on a product or create a wish list) you must create a personal account.
When you set up an account with Puccinis.ca, you’re required to provide Puccinis with correct personal information. Providing false details or another person’s details as your own is not acceptable. Providing false information is considered a violation to our Site’s Terms and Conditions.
When your personal information is collected by Puccinis.ca, it will not be disclosed to any third party unrelated to Puccinis.ca, unless required or authorized by law, or if you’ve personally given consent to such a disclosure. Otherwise, Puccinis commits to its Privacy Policy.
Orders, Payments and Credit Card Information
When collected for the purpose of payment for merchandise at Puccinis.ca, your credit card information is stored securely using a PCI DSS compliant solution. Your credit card will be charged upon entering information for your purchase (such as billing, shipping and credit card information), not when the item is shipped.
The credit card information stored in your account will not be visible to Puccinis Customer Service Representatives. Providing your credit card information to Puccinis.ca as payment for the product(s) states that you agree to your purchase of the selected product(s).
You may not pay, or attempt to pay for the products on our Site with a fraudulent credit card or false information.
Puccinis.ca reserves the right to decline, cancel or refund orders placed with or without notice.
Account Security
You are required to provide a password upon creating a personal account with Puccinis.ca. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to maintain the security of your password.
Your password allows you authorized access and use of our Site, pertaining to these Terms & Conditions. This means that you are responsible for any products purchased with your personal account information. It is your responsibility to notify Puccinis immediately if you believe someone has access to your password and personal account.
Site Engagement
You may post comments and reviews on our Site, and interact with our Site content, such as blog posts. All content posted by you must not be defamatory, threatening, obscene or illegal. It must not infringe on intellectual property rights or invade the privacy of our Site. The content must not be objectionable to third parties, and is not permitted to consist of, or contain software or malware viruses, or “spam” which refers to mass emailing and commercial solicitation. Puccinis.ca reserves the right to remove such content at any time, without notice.
The content posted by you (unless otherwise indicated) becomes nonexclusive, royalty-free property of Puccinis.ca. Puccinis reserves the right to reproduce, use, modify, adapt, publish, display and distribute such content on its Site, social media channels and any alternative marketing materials created.
Taxes and Merchandise Pricing
The prices displayed on Puccinis.ca are listed in Canadian dollars. The GST, PST or HST that applies to your province will be shown and applied at checkout, and do not include the cost of delivery.
Delivery charges will be added on top of the cost of merchandise and applicable taxes. Government sales tax and provincial sales tax are subject to change without notification to users of the Puccinis.ca website.
All prices are subject to change. The prices displayed on our Site are only valid online at the time they are displayed.
Errors
Puccinis may correct errors which appear on the Site, or refuse any orders that have been received in association with such errors. In addition, Puccinis.ca reserves the right to reject or cancel orders placed at any time.
Puccinis.ca’s right to refuse or cancel orders at any time will be in effect whether or not the order has been charged to your credit card or confirmed. In the event that you credit card has been charged for your order Puccinis.ca will immediately issue a credit to your card in the full amount of the charge.
Order Confirmation and Acceptance
You authorize that all information you provide to Puccinis.ca at the time of placing an order for all merchandise for sale on our Site, and in relation to an order made using our Site, is genuine and correct.
Receiving a receipt of your order with confirmation from Puccinis.ca does not indicate the acceptance of your order, and it does not confirm our offer to sell. Puccinis.ca reserves the right to decline or accept your order at any time, even after the receipt of your order. All orders placed must be pre-approved with an acceptable payment method of Puccinis.ca. Puccinis may require additional information or verification before any order is accepted.
Puccinis reserves the right to refuse any order without offering reason. If we cancel an order, we will make appropriate attempts to contact you using the details you’ve provided us. All received payments will be refunded using the method of payment received.
Communication
We will communicate with you about your order and the purchased product via phone or email. Account holders are asked to provide a valid email address to Puccinis for this reason.
On occasion, Puccinis may also send you marketing materials, such as Newsletters, promotions or other special offers on our Site. If you do not wish to receive any additional material from us, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by editing your account settings, or by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of our emails.
Product Availability
At times, our best-selling brands can experience a higher than usual inventory turnover. Our best efforts are taken to reduce the occurrence of an item becoming unavailable, however, we cannot guarantee that an item will not become unavailable after it has been purchased by a customer at the time you have placed an order for the same item. In this event, Puccinis reserves the right to cancel and refund the order, unless an appropriate replacement can be provided and agreed to by the customer.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your entire order, or parts of your order and it has not yet been fulfilled by Puccinis.ca, you will not be charged for the items that have been cancelled, and you will not be subject to a cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel the order at the time it has already been fulfilled, we are unable to provide a cancellation and you will be required to initiate a return upon receiving the order instead.
Puccinis.ca also reserves the right to cancel your order if you’ve provided fraudulent credit card information, or an unauthorized credit card, if your method of payment is declined, if you’ve provided false personal information or if the product you’ve ordered is no longer available. Puccinis.ca agrees to notify you upon the cancellation of your order.
Termination of Use, Consequence of Termination and Suspension of Use.
If you violate the terms and conditions of Puccinis.ca, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend the use of your account at anytime without notice. In the event that your account is terminated or suspended, you will be unable to access Puccinis.ca.
If you are terminated or suspended while awaiting the delivery of your order, Puccinis reserves the right to cancel your order. Upon cancellation, a refund may be issued to the credit card or payment method used during the purchase of the order.
Delivery of Order
Puccinid.ca delivers to Canada typically within 3-15 working days. Upon delivery, the courier may request a signature.
If you’re not present at the shipping address provided by you when the courier attempts to deliver your order, your merchandise may be left at the front door of the address provided if the driver deems it to be safe. Your order may otherwise be left at the nearest courier depot for pick up.

Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order to offer you a full refund. Food products may have alternate return policies, as listed in the product description.
Exchanges
If we send you an item, or items, as an exchange and do not receive your returned item within 30 days from the time the exchange order was placed, you will be charged for the cost of both items. Defective Merchandise Refund Policy
In the event that you receive defective merchandise, it is eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase. Upon receiving a defective product, you may initiate a return for the product to Puccinis.ca for a full refund if the product is inadequate when you receive it. All refunds are issued in accordance with our returns policy. Puccinis will not consider requests to initiate a refund or exchange 30 days after purchase unless the product is deemed faulty by our Customer Care Team. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Food items are non-refundable.

Loss of Goods
The risk of loss of goods applies to you upon our delivery of the product to our selected courier.
Third Party Links
Puccinis.ca may have links to third party websites on the Internet. This means that those websites are not run by Puccinis.ca. You agree that we are not responsible for the operation of, or content displayed on or through any third party website.
Promotions and Special Offers
Puccinis.ca occasionally uses discount codes for special promotions and offers. All discount codes are in Canadian Dollars and may require a minimum order purchase, prior to GST, PST or HST. Discounts and promotional material are subject to validity dates as stated. If no validity date is stated, the coupon valid as long as the promotion is posted on Puccinis.ca.
Under no circumstance is a coupon or discount code eligible for cash redemption. The discount codes provided by Puccinis are only available for a one-time use per customer, or per household, and may only be limited to specific brands or products.
Once you’ve submitted your email address on the promotional pages on Puccinis.ca, you agree to opt-in to our company newsletter with additional promotions, updates or relevant information. Disputing The Use of Our Site
In the event that a dispute shall occur arising out of your use of Puccinis.ca, or the merchandise purchased on it, the dispute will be subject to the courts pertaining that jurisdiction. Please note this contract is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

Upon the registration of your personal details on our Site to create an account or place an order, a secure server is used to protect the security of the information provided. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypts the information you send through Puccinis.ca. Puccinis cannot warrant the efficiency or strength of the SSL encryption and accepts no responsibility for any event that may occur from unauthorized access of the information you provide.
